Alan Rogers Review
Jumbo Camping is a modern, thoughtfully developed, terraced site in the northern outskirts of Budapest. The concrete and gravel access roads lead shortly to 55 terraced pitches of varying sizes, a little on the small size for large units, and some slightly sloping. Hardstanding for cars and caravan wheels, as well as large hardstandings for motorhomes. There is a steep incline to some pitches and use of the site’s 4x4 may be required. All pitches have 6A electricity (may require long leads) and there are eight caravan pitches with water and drainage. They are mostly divided by small hedges and the whole area is fenced.

Getting there...
Site signed on roads to Budapest - 11 from Szentendre and 10 from Komarom. If approaching from Budapest use 11 (site sign appears very quickly after sharp right bend; signs and entry are clearer if using road 10). Can also approach via Györ on M1/E60 and Lake Balaton on M7/E71. Turn into site is quite acute and uphill.
