Hendra is a long-established holiday park for all the family with a wide range of facilities and a comprehensive entertainment programme. There are comedians, show bands, cabaret, dancing, bingo, discos, plus a super pool complex. The 548 touring pitches are on well mown, mostly terraced grass fields with country views and mature trees, some more sheltered than others. There are 280 caravan holiday homes to rent in separate fields. With tarmac roads and lighting, 311 pitches have electricity (16A) and 28 pitches are fully serviced including water, electricity, light, sewer drainage, satellite TV connections and some innovative awning pads (dogs are not accepted on these pitches).

Various bars, restaurants and takeaway, open all season (limited hours in early season). Pizzeria (main season only). Outdoor swimming pool (25-5/31/8). Indoor pool complex (cost £2.95 per person or, if pre-booked, £14.60 for 7 tickets). Various play areas including one for soft play. Bicycle hire. WiFi (free). Minigolf. Bowling.
