Alan Rogers Review
A small rural site, Franchis is ideally situated for exploring the Lizard peninsula in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Mature trees edge the site’s two fields (a total of four acres) that slope slightly, with 65 pitches arranged around the perimeters. There are 33 with 10A electricity. Natural woodland areas and a stream will keep children occupied. Continuing past the fields into a wooded area are six small bungalows and six mobile homes, some privately owned and some to rent. There is a small toilet block for each field and a small shop that opens morning and evening.
