Overlooking the lake and situated between the Morbihan Gulf and the Quiberon peninsula, this site is only 3 km. from the port of La Trinité-sur-Mer while the famous megaliths are even closer. The site is well maintained with flowering landscaped gardens and mature trees and shrubs, giving plenty of shade and some privacy. The 140 pitches are of various sizes and some are terraced towards the lake; there is good access for larger units. The free-form pool with sun loungers is fenced, but low glass panels give superb views across the lake and surrounding countryside.
Facilities
Two sanitary blocks, kept clean and well maintained, have British style WCs, baby bath and laundry units. Small shop (all season) with takeaway food (1/7-30/8). Swimming pool (15/5-30/9). Play areas with trampolines. Games room with electronic games, table football and TV. Fishing. Bicycle hire. Cycling and canoe activities arranged regularly. Kayaks, surfboards and cars for hire. WiFi (free).

Getting there...
From the N165 Vannes - Lorient dual carriageway, south of Auray, take exit for Carnac/Ploemel. Head southwest on the D768 for 4 km. then turn south on the D186 La Trinité-sur-Mer road. Camping du Lac is well signed from here and is on the right at the end of a long access road (about 1.5 km).
