Donaupark Camping Tulln

Tulln, Lower Austria, East

Alan Rogers Review

Donaupark Camping, owned and run by the Austrian Motor Club (OAMTC), is imaginatively laid out village style with unmarked grass pitches grouped around six circular gravel areas. Further pitches are to the side of the hard road which links the circles and these include some with grill facilities for tents; 100 of the 120 touring pitches have electricity (3/6A) and cable TV sockets. Tall trees surrounding the site offer shade in parts. Tucked neatly away at the back of the site are 120 long stay caravans. Activities are organised in high season with guided tours around Tulln on foot, by bike and on the river by canoe.
