‘Arna’ is a large naturist site with extensive facilities and direct access to the beach. Even with 500 pitches, its layout in the form of a number of sections, each with its own character, make it quite relaxing and very natural. These sections amongst the trees and bushes of the Landes provide a variety of reasonably sized pitches, most with electricity (3/6A), although the hilly terrain means that only a limited number are flat enough for motorcaravans. The centrally located amenities are extensive and of excellent quality. We suggest that new visitors telephone before arrival as the site can require them to be proposed by a family who have stayed at the campsite for at least three years.
Facilities
Heated sanitary facilities include the usual naturist site type of blocks with communal hot showers and also a number of tiny blocks. Motorcaravan services. Supermarket, other shops. Bar/restaurant, pizzeria and tapita (fish) bar (all from 1/6). Heated indoor swimming pool with solarium, whirlpool and slide. Outdoor pool, sunbathing area. New paddling pool. Spa, sauna, steam, whirlpool, massages. TV, games rooms. Cinema. Library. Internet point. Bicycle hire. Fishing. Torches useful. Charcoal barbecues are not permitted. American motorhomes not accepted.
