Alan Rogers Review
With wonderful views of the Firth of Clyde and over to the Isle of Arran from some pitches, this quiet Camping and Caravanning Club site is next door to Culzean Castle (pronounced Kullayne). Visitors can buy tickets to walk in the grounds (when open) with their 17 miles of footpaths. The campsite has 90 pitches, some level others slightly sloping, and 60 have electrical hook-ups (10A). A few level pitches are suitable for motorcaravans and 20 pitches have hardstanding. American style motorhomes (more than 25 ft) must contact the site prior to arrival as large pitches are limited.
