This impressive site in the grounds of the Château des Ormes is in the north east part of Brittany, about 30 km. from the old town and ferry port of Saint-Malo. In an estate of wooded parkland and lakes, it has a pleasant atmosphere, busy in high season but peaceful at other times, with an impressive range of facilities. Of the 800 pitches, only 160 are for tourers (120 with 6A electricity). They are of varying sizes and there is a choice of terrain – flat or gently sloping, wooded or open. The rest are occupied by tour operators (550) and by mobile homes (60 to rent).

Facilities

The toilet blocks are of fair standard, one recently refurbished but still rather cramped, including washbasins in cabins and ample facilities for disabled visitors. There is a new, more spacious block with family cubicles (shower and washbasin). Motorcaravan services. Supermarket, bar, restaurant, pizzeria and takeaway. Games room, bar and disco. Indoor and outdoor pools, an impressive aqua park and new wave pool. Adventure play area. Golf. Bicycle hire. Fishing. Equestrian centre with riding. Minigolf. Tennis. Sports ground. Paintball. Archery. Cricket club. Charcoal barbecues are permitted. WiFi in bar area (free).
