Alan Rogers Review
This is an ideal location for those seeking a real Irish village experience in a ‘value for money’ park. Small, unpretentious and family run, it is located in Belcarra, a regular winner of the Tidiest Mayo Village award. Nestling at the foot of a wooded drumlin, it is surrounded by rolling hills and quiet roads which offer an away from it all feeling, yet Castlebar the county’s largest town is only an 8 km. drive. On the pleasant 1.5-acre park, the 20 unmarked touring pitches, 15 with electric hook-up (13A Europlug), are on flat ground enclosed by ranch fencing and shaded in parts by trees.
