O Tamanco is a peaceful countryside site, with a homely almost farmstead atmosphere; you will have chickens and ducks wandering around and there is a Burro here. The young Dutch owners, Irene and Hans, are sure to give you a warm welcome at this delightful little site. The 65 good sized pitches are separated by cordons of all manner of fruit trees, ornamental trees and flowering shrubs, on level grassy ground. There is electricity (6/16A) to all the pitches and 5 pitches are suitable for large motorhomes. The site is lit and there is nearly always space available.

From the A17 (Lisboa - Porto), take exit 5 for Carrico, turn right at the roundabout and O Tamanco is on the left.
