This relaxed and informal site is located on the edge of the town, right beside the Rhine. As this is a major tourist area, it will become very busy here at certain times, although the owner says there is almost always room. An adjacent public swimming pool can be noisy. The seven acre touring site is flat and grassy, with tall trees offering some shade. Caravan and tent pitches are on grass (no plastic groundsheets), unmarked and un-numbered so that the grass can grow. A hardstanding area is provided for motorcaravans. Electricity (10A) is available to all the 180 pitches and there are many water points.

Site is signed in several places from the B42 in the east of Rüdesheim and is alongside the river.
