Campingpark De Bongerd is an attractive, child-friendly site with 550 pitches. Of these, 156 are for touring units arranged separately from static units and seasonal pitches in a former orchard. The grass touring areas are immaculately kept with 10A electricity, drainage and cable TV connections. The main attraction at this site is a large indoor play hall, De Holle Bolle Boom, which is where the enthusiastic entertainment team is based. There are ponds for adventure play with floating games and small beaches, and an open air pool (10x15 m) with paddling pool. In high season and school holidays the site organises an extensive activity programme.

Site is north of Tuitjenhorn, which is some 15 km. north of Alkmaar. It is well signed on the N245 road to Schagen.
