Alan Rogers Review
This is a satisfactory site for night halts or for visits to Basel. Although there are almost twice as many static caravan pitches as spaces for tourists, this site, on the edge of a residential district, is within easy reach of the city by tram. It is flat, with 210 level pitches with access from the tarmac road. The grass pitches may become muddy in very wet weather but there are gravel hardstandings for motorcaravans. All pitches have electricity (10A) and young trees give some shade. Owned and run by the Camping and Caravanning Club of Basel, there is usually space available.

Take Basel - Delémont motorway spur, exit for Reinach-Nord and follow site signs. Do not use the Reinach-Sud exit.
