Villaggio Italgest is a mature but pleasant site with 208 touring pitches (with 6A electricity) on level grass and plenty of shade. Cars are parked away from the pitches and the site offers a wide variety of activities with tours organised daily. The pools and restaurant are dated, but enjoyable. Directly on the shore on the south side of Lake Trasimeno, Sant Arcangelo is ideally placed for exploring Umbria and Tuscany. The area around the lake is fairly flat but has views of the distant hills and can become very hot during summer.

Getting there...
Site is on the southern shore of Lake Trasimeno. Take Magione exit from the Perugia spur of the Florence - Rome autostrada, proceed southwest round the lake to S. Arcangelo where site is signed.
