Alan Rogers Review
A small, pleasant family site, Village Villa al Mare enjoys an unusual location, close to Cavallino’s lighthouse and harbour, on the western bank of the River Sile. There is a beach of fine golden sand washed from the Dolomites. There are 99 shaded pitches (50-75 sq.m) each with 4/6A electricity, satellite TV connections, water and drainage. There is direct access to the gently shelving beach and during high season a range of activities are organised there. The pleasant restaurant has a covered area and a large patio, both with sea views. A small pool for children is on a raised area just inside the site with a fountain and loungers and a larger pool is in the centre of the adjoining Résidence Le Dune apartment area.

Getting there...
From A4 autostrada (approaching from Milan) take Mestre exit and follow signs initially for Venice airport and then Jesolo. From Jesolo, follow signs to Cavallino. Upon crossing the large bridge in Cavallino take the first left turn (Via F Baracca). Continue for 600 m. and then turn left into Via del Faro. Site is at the end of this road (300 m).
