This site really lives up to its name! Situated in a wooded mountain valley, it was established about 50 years ago by the present owner’s father, who planted some 20,000 plants, trees and shrubs. These are all now well established and maintained to make a delightful garden setting. The 164 numbered pitches for touring units are on flat grass among the trees, which provide good shade. Most have electricity (4-6A) although long cables are necessary in some parts. The site’s swimming pool is in a sunny position and there are two areas allowing river access where, except after heavy rain, children can play. The site is used by tour operators (24 pitches).

Cannobio is 4 km. from the Swiss border on the SS34 Locarno - Verbania road. Follow site signs from SS34 turning west (away from lake) at the southern outskirts of Cannobio and travel 1.5 km. to site.
