Camping ‘t Plathuis is beautifully located in the fortified village of Bourtange. This small town dates back to the times of the invasion of the Bishop of Münster in the 1600s. The site has 92 touring pitches, most on well established, grass fields with shade from the mature trees that surround the site. On the newest area at the back of the site there are 22 serviced pitches with 6-16A electricity, water and drainage, including 14 with cable TV. There are four hardstandings available for motorcaravans. There are plans to further extend the site. To the front of the site is a lake for swimming and fishing with a sandy beach.

Getting there...
From A7 take exit 47 for Winschoten and continue on N367 towards Vlagtwedde. In Vlagtwedde turn on N368 towards Bourtange. Site is on the right 200 m. after entering the village.
