Close to the marine city of Den Helder and about 600 m. from a wide, sandy beach is Camping ’t Noorder Sandt. Adjacent to the site is the ‘Duinvliet’, a route for hikers, cyclists and horse riders – you can even do the route in a canoe! Both open and shady pitches are available here. They are comfortable and are all equipped with 10A electricity, water, drainage and cable connections. Also worth noting is the friendly atmosphere here and also the well maintained sanitary facilities. For many, the site’s main attraction is its sub-tropical paradise pool complex.

Two good toilet blocks with controllable hot showers and open style washbasins. Facilities for disabled campers. Laundry with washing machines and dryers. Kiosk for basics. Café/bar for small meals. Indoor pool with fun pool and slide. Fishing. Riding. Bicycle hire. Canoes for hire. Entertainment team in high season.
