Camping Stuhlegg

Krattigen, Bern, Central

Alan Rogers Review

On the outskirts of the village of Krattigen, Camping Stuhlegg is a quiet and attractive site, located well above the lake and with beautiful, wide-ranging views over the lake to the mountains beyond. The 60 touring pitches, all with electricity (10/13A Europlug) are arranged on grassy terraced areas, some for motorcaravans having hardstanding. A few young trees provide shade. The friendly bar and bistro is also popular as a meeting point for the villagers, which gives a touch of local colour. This is a site where you can relax and enjoy the fresh mountain air and scenery. The site owner, Herr Schweizer and his partner Frau Gasser speak excellent English.
