Alan Rogers Review
Barberino lies in the heart of Tuscany between Florence and Siena, an area rich in history and known for that special Italian wine, Chianti. Camping Semifonte is a small basic, terraced site with fine views over the surrounding hills. The 60 pitches are on steep terraces, small and tight for manoeuvring. Each terrace has a tap and electricity connections. There is a very small shop selling basics. The site is unsuitable for disabled campers and infirm visitors. A good restaurant is 500 m. from the site with another in the small village a short walk away.
