Camping Sarathei is an uncomplicated, friendly, family owned site on the banks of Santa Croce lake. It is very popular with windsurfers due to the constant wind, combined with flat water, and is renowned in windsurfing circles. Below the surrounding mountains there are 236 pitches with around 180 for touring units, all with 5/7A electricity. There are around 40 private wooden bungalows dotted around the site. Some pitches are formally marked, others informally aimed at groups. Some are shaded, all are level and from some there are views of the lake. This is a ‘no frills’, relaxed site which mainly caters for those interested in outdoor pursuits.

Leave A4 Venice - Padova autostrada and take A27 Belluno road. Then take exit for Farra d’Alpago. Site is at the eastern end of the lake and signed.
