Camping Salzmann Rohrspitz

Fussach am Bodensee, Vorarlberg, West

Alan Rogers Review

Camping Salzmann is a part of the large Rohrspitz holiday and leisure complex on Lake Constance’s southern bank. There are 45 grassy touring pitches here, of varying sizes each with an electrical connection. The complex comprises many leisure facilities and a club card system enables campers to use these. The same card is also used for access to the washblocks and to pay for warm water. The lakeside restaurant has fine views across the lake to the distant mountains of the Vorarlberg, and is a far cry from the humble kiosk which was the origin of the complex back in 1954. The Salzmann harbour is at the heart of the complex and has moorings for 190 boats, as well as good maintenance facilities.
