Ameglia, near La Spezia, is just south of the A12 autrostada and Camping River is just 5 km. from the Sarzana exit. On the banks of the Magna river, this popular site provides 100 level 75-100 m2 touring pitches with an umbrella of tall trees to provide much welcome shade on hot days. The touring pitches are mostly separated from the equal number of long stay pitches. The site has its own small marina and swimming pool complex. Alongside the pool is a terrace which overlooks the river, providing a great atmosphere for a drink or an ‘al fresco’ meal. The site provides an ideal location for a short stop to enjoy some boating or fishing, or for a longer stay to explore Ligúria.

Getting there...
Take Sarzana exit on the A12 (Genoa - Livorno) and follow the signs initially towards Lerici. After 3 km. follow signs to Bocca di Magra and Ameglia where the site is well signed off to the left. The final access road is narrow and has a tight bend so larger units might experience some difficulty.
