This site on flat ground, is overlooked on three sides by the hills and mountains of the Sierra de la Demanda which give the site its name. There is little shade over 50 large, well marked pitches, all of which have electricity (3-6A) and drainage. The modern buildings are of local stone and wood in sympathy with the quiet surroundings, yet providing an excellent set of facilities. The whole site is securely fenced. Just 300 m. away is a dam which may provide non-powered water sports and a river is very close for swimming and fishing. Nearby is the trail of the pilgrims to Santiago de Compostella.

Getting there...
From the N120 (Burgos - Logroño), turn east at Ibeas de Juarros (about 13 km. east of Burgos) on Bu-P8101/Bu820 through Arlanzon to Villasur de Herreros. Site is beyond village after km. 13.
