Alan Rogers Review
Camping Polovnik is a small site set in a circular field with trees in the centre, providing useful shade, and an open part to one side. There are 50 unmarked pitches (45 for tourers) all with 16A electricity, off a circular, gravel access road. To the back of the site is a separate field for groups. All pitches have good views of the surrounding mountains. This site is useful as a stopover on your way to the Postojna Caves, the Slovenian Riviera or Italy and for touring the local area with kayaking, rafting and canoeing possible.
