Close to this attractive small town (300 m. walk) with its magnificent abbey (the largest in Christendom) and next to the municipal swimming pool (free for campers), this site has 174 pitches. On gently sloping grass, with some small hedges and shade in parts, 6A electricity is available (long leads may be needed). Some rail noise is noticeable during the day but we are assured that trains do not run 23.30-07.00. On Monday and Thursday evenings during high season, there is a presentation of local produce in the ‘salle de réunion’.
