This very pleasant, little municipal site has 100 pitches, 20 for long stay units and 80 for touring units. These two sections are separated by the main facilities on a higher terrace. Pitches are generally large and level, although you might need an extra long electricity lead for some, but there are few dividing hedges. Pitches along the river bank have most shade, with a few specimen trees providing a little shade to some of the more open pitches. On a quiet evening you are likely to hear the site’s nightingales. The town is quite attractive and is worthy of an evening stroll.
