Alan Rogers Review
This peaceful, inland site is attractively located in the hamlet of Sarzedo, some 2 km. from the town of Arganil. A spacious and well planned site, it is of a high quality for a municipal and prices are very reasonable! Delightfully situated among pine trees above the River Alva where one can swim, fish or canoe. The 150 pitches, most with electricity (15A), are of a reasonable size, mainly on flat sandy grass terraces and most shaded by tall trees. The site is kept beautifully clean and neat and access roads are tarmac. An excellent, small restaurant has an unusual attached bar with terrace.

Getting there...
From Coimbra on the IC2 take exit 8 onto the IP3 towards Viseu. Take exit 13 onto the IP6 (N17) towards Arganil and onto the N324-4 to Sarzedo (site signed). Ignore the first site sign in Avelar as there is better access 500 m. further up the road on the right, also signed.
