Camping Memling

Brugge, West Flanders, Flanders

Alan Rogers Review

This traditional site is ideal for visiting Brugge (or Bruges). The 100 unmarked pitches (69 for touring units) are on slightly undulating grass, with gravel roads and trees and hedges providing some shade. Electricity (6/10A) is available to 40 pitches. There is a separate area for 20 tents. Bars, restaurants, local shops and supermarkets are within walking distance. Brugge itself has a network of cycle ways and for those on foot, a bus runs into the centre from the campsite. Reservation in June, July and August is necessary. Visitors with large units should always telephone in advance to ensure an adequate pitch.
