Alan Rogers Review
This site is 18 km. north west of Trieste at the top of an 80 metre cliff from which there are superb views over the Sistiana Bay, Miramare Castle and the Gulf of Trieste. Of the 500 pitches, 340 are reserved for touring units, all with 4/6A electricity and water nearby. They vary in size and location with the most prized being on the cliff top, where there is a 2 km. long pathway, the Rilke Way. Others are in light woodland. Everyone is friendly and good English is spoken. Enjoy a drink and the views at the cliff-top bar.

Getting there...
From the west on the A4 take Sistiana exit and turn right on S14 towards Sistiana and then Duino. Site is 1 km. on the left past Sistiana. From the east approach on the S14. Site is well signed.
