Located at the heart of the Drôme Provençale, les Bois du Chatelas is a quality, family run site just 1.5 km. from the delightful village of Bourdeaux which offers some shops, cafés, etc. There are 138 level, good sized, terraced pitches, 70 for touring. They all have electricity, water and drainage. There is a superb swimming pool complex with indoor and outdoor pools, toboggan, paddling pool, fitness room, jacuzzi and sauna. Overlooking the pool area is a restaurant with superb views over the valley and hills beyond. Les Bois du Chatelas is a good choice for those seeking an active holiday
Facilities
Two excellent toilet blocks (one heated), on upper and lower levels, with facilities for babies and people with disabilities (though not ideal for those with mobility problems). Shop. Bar. Restaurant/takeaway/pizzeria. Indoor and outdoor pools. Outdoor pool with water slide, waterfall, sauna, aquagym and jacuzzi. Sports pitch. Archery. Play area. Bicycle hire. Entertainment and excursion programme (July/Aug). WiFi everywhere.

Getting there...
Leave A7 Autoroute, exit 16 Loriol. Take D104 east to Crest. Leave Crest bypass at traffic lights, take D538 south to Bourdeaux and continue towards Dieulefit for 1.5 km. Site is on the left (well signed).
