Alan Rogers Review
This is a pleasant, family run campsite with a friendly atmosphere, close to the beaches of the Jade Coast between Pornic and St Brévin-les-Pins, yet not right on the seashore. The 88 touring pitches all have access to electricity (10A) although on some a long cable may be required; these occupy the central part of the site, with the fringe areas taken up by mobile homes and chalets, 28 for rent and 74 privately owned (although 30 of these are also available for rent in high season). The rows of pitches are separated by well kept hedges, and small trees mark the corners of most plots.
Facilities
The central sanitary block has preset showers and washbasins in cubicles. Facilities for disabled visitors. Baby room. Further small toilet block. Heated swimming pool complex with slides and flume (1/5-15/9). Bar has small shop selling bread, basics and camping gaz. Good takeaway (July/Aug). Activities for children and entertainment and sports events for families in high season. Electric barbecues are not permitted. WiFi.

Getting there...
La Plaine-sur-Mer is 16 km. south of the St Nazaire bridge. Site is on D96 5 km. northeast of the town. From D213 (Route Bleue) just south of St Michel-Chef-Chef turn southwest on D96 towards La Plaine. Site on left in about 2 km.
