Alan Rogers Review
Le Dolmen is a family site located on the eastern edge of Carnac. The site has 130 pitches, of which around 70 are available to tourers. Other pitches are taken by mobile homes (around 12 are to rent). Pitches are of a good size and are mostly equipped with electricity. A number of pitches outside the main gate in a parking area have been specially equipped for motorcaravans (with services). On-site amenities include a small snack bar and a swimming pool. The nearest beach, le Men Dû, is around 600 m. away. This is a particularly attractive beach, shelving gently and with crystal waters.

Two toilet blocks (one due for total refurbishment ahead of the 2012 season). Snack bar. Morning bread service. Heated swimming pool (1/6-31/8). Play area. Volleyball. Activity and entertainment programme. Motorcaravan services. WiFi in some areas (charged). Mobile homes for rent.

Location
Getting there...
Approaching from the north (Auray) take D768 towards Quiberon and then D119 to Carnac. Upon arriving in Carnac, follow signs to Carnac-Plage and then to La Trinité-sur-Mer using D186 (Avenue des Druides). The site is clearly indicated to the left, on the edge of the town.

A marina and a yacht club can be found in Carnac, near Quiberon, with sailings to Belle-Ile-en-Mer. The rugged coastline here will appeal to lovers of the seashore. There is a children's club on site.- Beach within 1 km
