Alan Rogers Review
Le Cernie is situated in a remote area on the east coast of Sardinia and was originally a diving enterprise. Le Cernie has grown into a very modest campsite which is surprisingly expensive. It is somewhat chaotic in nature, although most amenities are here, including a popular restaurant. Life at Le Cernie seems to meander along at its own pace – it is somewhat rugged and would not suit campers without a sense of humour and patience. The site is accessed by a 900 m. long and very uneven track, which was waterlogged and muddy when we last visited.
Facilities
A single modern unit has a rather confusing mixture of clean sanitary facilities with a mix of Turkish and British style toilets and very good facilities for disabled campers and babies. Ample unisex hot showers and six private bathrooms for rent. Washing machines. Motorcaravan service point. Small shop. Restaurant and snack bar. Bicycle hire. Play area. Beach volleyball. Small boat launching. Sub-aqua diving.

Location
Getting there...
Site is off the eastern coast road SS125. At Lotzorai village, north of Abratax, site is well signed, but the streets through the village are narrow, winding and subject to heavy parking.
