A pleasant little site in the forested mountains above Montreux and Vevey on Lac Leman (Lake Geneva). Le Bivouac has its own small swimming pool and children’s pool. Most of the places here are taken by seasonal caravans (130) interspersed with about 30 pitches for tourists. Electrical connections (10A) are available and there are five water points. Due to access difficulties, the site is not open to tourers in winter. The active can take mountain walks in the area, or set off to explore Montreux and the lake. Others will enjoy the peace and quiet of this green hideaway.

Getting there...
From motorway 12/E27 (Bern - Vevey) take Châtel St Denis exit no. 2 and turn towards Les Paccots (1 km). Site is on left up hill.
