Camping La Verna

Chiusi della Verna, Tuscany, Central

Alan Rogers Review

Camping La Verna is a rustic campsite, 850 m. above sea level, on the edge of the Casentino National Forest and close to the beautiful historic village of Chiusi della Verna, which is widely known as an area of religious retreat and pilgrimage. Camping La Verna has basic facilities including a small pool, a bar and a restaurant/pizzeria. The shaded pitches of varying sizes are on terraces dotted throughout tall trees. Mostly level, all have 10A electricity and are on grass and sand. This is a peaceful and remote site suitable for campers who enjoy simple pleasures.
