Meursault, the capital of the great white wines of Burgundy, is southwest of Beaune and Camping la Grappe d’Or offers terraced pitches overlooking acres of vineyards. Most of the 130 touring pitches are flat, of varying sizes, and some have shade from mature trees. Almost all have electrical connections (15A). There is an outdoor pool and flume and, during July and August, aqua gym and other water activities are organised. There is a fenced play area for youngsters and, just across the road from the entrance, there are two tennis courts for campers.

Sanitary facilities are in three blocks with some washbasins in cabins. Child/baby room. Facilities for visitors with disabilities. Laundry facilities. Shop. Bar, restaurant, takeaway (1/5-30/9). Swimming pool (15/6-15/9). Play area. Tennis. Bicycle hire.

Getting there...
Site is north of Meursault. Take N74 from Beaune and follow the sign for Meursault. Site is signed from town but not very clearly (tents with three arrows).
