Alan Rogers Review
Family owned since 1977, Joncar Mar is a mature, all-year site with variable facilities. Its strength is its location with the beach promenade just outside the gate, and the many resort leisure facilities and local cultural attractions readily available to customers. The site is divided by a minor road and most leisure facilities are positioned on one side of the site. There are no views and the site has some apartment blocks around the periphery. Pitches are small (60 sq.m) with 6A electricity, and the mobile home area in one corner of the site is extremely cramped. Some pitches require long electricity leads.
Facilities
One refurbished toilet block has very good facilities with good baby room and facilities for disabled campers, the other is adequate; both are well positioned on the main side of the site and the third block on the other side is adequate. One washing machine. Small shop. Small bar and buffet restaurant. Swimming pool. Basic play area. TV in bar. Limited entertainment programme. Internet and WiFi (code). Torches useful.

Location
Getting there...
Roses is north of Girona and east of Figueres on the coast. From AP7/E15 take exit 3 south or exit 4 north (there is no exit 3 northbound) and then the N11 to the C260 and on to Roses. Site is well signed before you enter the town follow camping signs initially.
