Alan Rogers Review
This is a large site with a traditional Italian style that in 2009 benefited from the addition of a range of new facilities. There are 100 pitches for touring units which are set apart from 340 used by permanant units. The touring pitches are arranged informally with a degree of shade from mature trees and all pitches have electricity (6A). There is some road noise to one side. The site has been owned by the Forti family since 1969 who have recently completed the construction of a modern restaurant and bar, a well stocked small supermarket and new toilet facilities.

Getting there...
Torre del Lago is on the west coast 15 km. north of Pisa. From A8 northbound leave at Viareggio exit, when heading south use Pisa North exit. Then take the S1 heading for Pisa. Continue towards the village of Torre del Lago where site is well signed.
