Although Camping Indigo is an urban site, there are extensive views over the surrounding countryside where there are some excellent walks. The pitches are on grass and are of a good size, all with electricity, six fully serviced. The site is secure, with an electronic barrier (card deposit required) and there is no entry between 22.30 and 07.00. Local guides lead tours of the historic town and area. This is an excellent base for visiting Forcalquier, a 15th-century fortified hill town, and the Monday market (the best in Haute-Provence). Since Camping Indigo acquired this site, an extensive modernisation programme has been put into effect.
Facilities
Two refurbished toilet blocks with washbasins in cubicles and excellent facilities for disabled visitors. Bar (all season). Snack bar and takeaway (July and August). Play area. Heated swimming and paddling pools. Range of activities in high season, often involving local people, including astrology sessions, food tasting and storytelling. Free Internet access. Max. 1 dog.

From town centre, follow D16 signed to Montlaux and Sigonce. Site is approx. 500 m. on the right. Well signed from town.
