This campsite calls itself a recreation village on the river, and the name suits it perfectly. It has 700 pitches in total, with a mix of permanent and touring pitches. The extensive facilities include a marina, a sandy beach by the river, a horse riding school and a large covered sports field. The beach has a designated area for swimming in the river and an adjacent area for water skiers. You can take your boat to this site and moor it in the large marina complete with restaurant, bar and a large covered terrace. In high season a comprehensive recreation programme is arranged for children and their parents, with four activities per day. There is a large play area and, for bad weather, there is enough room for all in a pleasant indoor playground.

Location
Getting there...
The site is 25 km. northeast of Arnhem. From the A12 take exit 27 onto the A348 towards Zutphen, then right onto the N317 for 4 km. to Doesberg. Take third exit from the roundabout (Zomerweg) for 1.2 km. then again the third exit (Eekstraat) and the site is 500 m.
