Alan Rogers Review
This exceptional, family run site is situated beside a lake in the beautiful Bavarian Alps, not far from the fairytale castle of Neuschwanstein. Although one can appreciate the mountain scenery from the 376 level, fully serviced pitches, it is more comfortably viewed whilst swimming in the 31 degree swimming pool on the first floor of the wellness complex. The wellness complex, which offers a full spa programme, and the sanitary facilities are arranged around a large courtyard adorned with cascading flowers, and beautifully decorated glass doors lead to the men’s, ladies’ and children’s facilities. The site has an excellent restaurant and bar with views over the lake.

The exceptionally good, heated sanitary facilities provide free hot water in washbasins (some in cabins) and large showers. Separate baby and children’s washrooms. Private units for rent. Getting there...
Site is 4 km. north of Füssen. Turn off B16 to Hopfen and site is on the left through a car park. If approaching from the west on B310, turn towards Füssen at T-junction with the B16 and immediately right again for the road to Hopfen.
