Alan Rogers Review
Hochschwarzwald is a small, peaceful, quality site in an attractive wooded valley high up in the Black Forest. Of 85 marked pitches (some with shade), 50 are for tourers (all with 10A electricity) on level terraces of grass and gravel. There is an area at the entrance for overnight stays in high season. This is an extremely popular area, with many summer visitors enjoying walking and cycling, but it is also ideal for winter stays, with skiing from the site. At the back of the site, as well as being able to walk in the woods, you can paddle in a flat area of the stream, which tumbles down the hill.

Site is about 1 km. beyond Muggenbrunn on the road from Todtnau towards Freiburg.
