Alan Rogers Review
The caves of the Moravian Karst, the site of the battle of Austerlitz and the castles of Veveri, Pertstejn and Spillberk are all within easy reach of this pleasant, small and quiet campsite. Hana Musilova runs the site to very high standards, speaks excellent English and Dutch and is keen to provide lots of local information. There are 55 level, numbered pitches with 10A electricity. Brno, the capital of Moravia and the Czech Republic’s second largest city, is a short boat or bus ride away and the village of Veverska Bityska has shops, restaurants, bars and an ATM plus a reasonable small supermarket.

Getting there...
From the D1 Prague - Brno autoroute, turn off at Ostrovacice and head towards Tisnov. The site is at Veverska Bityska on the road to Chudcice. From the 43 turn off south of Lipuvka towards Kurim and then follow the signs to Veverska Bityska where the site is on the right before entering the village.
