Gitzenweiler Hof is a really well-equipped, first-class site with quality amenities. Set in the countryside with 620 pitches, 320 for touring units arranged in rows with access roads, all are numbered and have 6/16 amp electricity. A separate open area is for tents, with 30 electrical connections; 56 of the pitches have water, drainage and TV connections. A large outdoor swimming pool has attractive surrounds with seats. A member of Leading Campings group.
Facilities
The toilet blocks have been beautifully renovated and include some washbasins in cabins, a children’s bathroom and baby bath. Washing machines, dryers and dishwasher. Motorcaravan services. Shop (limited hours in low season). Two restaurants with takeaway. Large swimming pool in summer (33x25 m). Three playgrounds, one with water, and play room with entertainment during the holidays. Organised activities all year. Small animals and ponies for children. Fishing in lake. Minigolf. Cinema. Club room with arcade games, library and WiFi. American motorhomes accepted up to ten tons. Overnight parking for motorcaravans outside all year.
