Alan Rogers Review
This is a well organised site which sprawls for a kilometre along a bank of the Sauer river. It is a very good and popular site in the town, next to the well run municipal open air heated pool complex. The terrain is flat, with 140 seasonal pitches and 340 numbered tourist pitches, all with access to electricity points (some Euro standard, some German, 10/16A). In high season a full programme of activities includes bingo, tournaments (darts, table tennis, etc.), exercises in the swimming pool, ceramic painting and outings. Trier (25 km) and the city of Luxembourg (37 km) are within reach for a day trip.

Getting there...
On opposite side of river is Echternach, in Luxembourg. Site signed. From east, look for small arrow on right, with ‘Camping’ in red. This directs an immediate sharp left turn into a one-way street. After 200 m. turn right (by Quelle shop) to site in 100 m. just past swimming pool entrance.
