Situated in a region famous for its wines, gastronomy and picturesque old villages, this site is part of the 42-hectare, landscaped recreation park that surrounds a tree lined lake. The 117 generous pitches are level, grassed and enclosed by hedges, all with electricity and drainage. A small dam divides the lake into two areas, one for swimming, the other, larger part for fishing (also permitted at night) and boating. To the far side of the park is a TGV railway track. During the day the trains are fairly frequent, but there are no night services and the daytime noise is a moderate rumble.
Facilities
Modern sanitary building provides free preset showers and washbasins in cabins (a little small). Facilities for disabled visitors. Laundry room with washing machine. Motorcaravan service point. Small shop (order bread for following morning). Bar and restaurant with takeaway, overlooking lake. Lake swimming with a separate area for small children.

Getting there...
Site is 5 km. south-southwest of Macon on the eastern site of the Saône. It is well signed from all directions ‘Base de Loisirs’. If approaching from the west via Creches, there is a 2.6 m. height restriction.
