Camping des Batardières is a haven of tranquillity on the edge of an unspoilt village, yet just 5 km. from the sea. It is an attractive, unsophisticated little site, lovingly maintained by its owners for more than 25 years. Many visitors return year after year. There are 75 good-sized pitches (a few up to 130 sq.m) and all are available for touring units (there are no mobile homes and no tour operators!). All have easy access to water and electricity (6A). Otherwise there are few facilities on site.

From Les Sables-d’Olonne take D949 (la Rochelle) towards Talmont-St Hilaire and Luçon. 7 km. after Talmont turn right on D70 to St Hilaire-la-Forêt. Site signed to the right approaching village.
