Camping del Garda is directly on the lake with access through gates which provide security at night. This is one of the largest campsites around Lake Garda and is more of a self contained holiday village with many pitches used by tour operators, although they are generally separate from the touring pitches. The mature trees provide shade for the 659 grass pitches of which 337 are for tourers. Arranged in numbered rows, all have 4A electrical connections and hedges have been cleverly trimmed for maximum attractiveness. Hard roads give access. This is a well kept site with colour added by attractive flower beds.
Facilities
Eleven good quality toilet blocks have the usual facilities with free hot water in sinks, washbasins and showers. Facilities for disabled visitors in two blocks. Washing machines and dryers. Bars, restaurant and takeaway. Supermarket. Swimming pools. Tennis courts and tennis school. Minigolf. Watersports including windsurf school. Fishing. Playground. Full programme of organised activities in high season. Bowls. Dogs and motorcycles are not accepted.

Location
Getting there...
Leave the A4 (Milan - Venice) at Peschiera exit and travel through the town in the direction of Garda. After the second town bridge on Via Parcocatullo look for Via Marzan off the complex four road intersection. Site signs are small and difficult to see (site is on Via Marzan).
