Camping de Molignon, surrounded by mountains, is a peaceful haven 1,450 m. above sea level. The rushing stream at the bottom of the site and the sound of cow bells and birdsong are likely to be the only disturbing factors in summer. The 100 pitches for tourists (75 with 10A electricity) are on well tended terraces leading down to the river. Excellent English is spoken by the owner’s son who is now running the site. He is always pleased to give information on all that is available from the campsite. The easy uphill drive from Sion in the Rhône Valley is enhanced by ancient villages and the Pyramids of Euseigne.

Leave the motorway at J27 and follow signs southwards from Sion for the Val d’Herens through Evolène to Les Haudères where site is signed on the right at the beginning of the village.
